Keep the issue, the evidence and the case history connected

A restriction needs the right diagnosis before another submission. AM Services reviews account issues, organizes documentation and follows the support process while keeping Amazon’s decision authority clear.

Three related, different concepts

These areas overlap, but a brand enrollment issue, a performance notification and a product document request do not follow the same process.

Brand Registry

A program for eligible brand owners, with brand-related tools and access. Enrollment depends on Amazon’s requirements and does not automatically resolve every listing issue.

Account Health

The account’s performance and policy information, including notifications that may require operational follow-up.

Compliance

Product, listing or account requirements involving information, documentation and policy. The applicable requirement depends on the issue and marketplace.

Common Amazon blockers

Begin with the exact notice and the affected product or account. Similar-looking symptoms can require different evidence.

Listing availability

Suppressed or deactivated listings, detail-page removal and restrictions may require a data correction, documentation or a separate review.

Document requests

Confirm the requested evidence, relevant product and marketplace before gathering documents.

Brand ownership or access

Review ownership details and access history rather than assuming an enrollment grants editing control over every contribution.

Policy and account notifications

Record the notice, deadline where provided and required next action. Do not treat a support reply as proof that the underlying issue is resolved.

How a case moves

Keep submissions traceable. Review Amazon’s response against the original requirement and identify what remains open; not every case ends in reinstatement.

What AM Services handles

We manage the operational follow-through within the agreed account permissions.

Issue and document review

Organize the notice, relevant account history and client-provided evidence.

Catalog and listing corrections

Apply supported corrections where the root cause is product or offer information.

Seller Support follow-up

Maintain case references, submissions and response history; follow the applicable support path.

Account health coordination

Track open notifications, responsible owners and dependencies across the account.

Clear limits

Amazon makes the final decision on access, restrictions and reinstatement. A successful outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Legal representation is not part of this service. Clients remain responsible for accurate documents, ownership information and product claims. We coordinate operational requirements and identify when a qualified external specialist is needed.
